Information you send us
When you send the request form, we receive the information you enter:
- Your name
- Email address
- Country or region
- Company or store name, if you give it
- The products you ask about, and the estimated quantity
- Your message
Information recorded automatically
With your request we record the date and time, the page language, and, if the link you opened included them, a reference code and a channel code. These codes show us which of our messages led you to this site.
We do not store your IP address with your request. We do not set cookies ourselves, and we do not use advertising tools or analytics tools on this site.
Services we use
This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and keep it secure.
The form is protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile checks technical information about your browser and device to tell people from automated programs. Cloudflare handles this data under its own privacy policy.
When a request arrives, a short alert is sent to our phone through a notification service. The alert contains the company or store name, the country, the first part of what you wrote in the product field, and the estimated quantity. It does not contain your name, email address, or message.
How we use your information
We use your information only for the purposes below. We do not sell it, and we do not share it for advertising.

Where your information is kept, and for how long
Requests are stored in a database provided by Cloudflare and are read by SAKURA STORE in Japan. Your information is therefore transferred to, and processed in, Japan and other countries where our service providers operate.
We keep your request for as long as we need it to handle your inquiry and to keep our business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you. Send us an email and we will handle your request.
If you received a message from us and do not want more messages, reply to that message or email us. We will stop.
