- Before packing, we check the quantity and the visible condition of the products (for example, damage to the package) against your order. We do not test how the products work.
- Packing for international transport
- We pack your order for the trip overseas. Shipping is charged by size as well as weight, so the final shipping price is based on the actual boxes.
- Shipping arrangement
- We book FedEx door-to-door delivery, prepare the invoice and packing list for customs, and send you the tracking number.

We buy the products new in Japan, check and pack them, and ship by FedEx, door to door. You receive the tracking number.
We do not publish prices on this site. Import duty, VAT, and other import charges in your country are not included in our quotations and are paid by the buyer.

Questions before you order.

Can you help me find a specific product?
Yes. Send us the product name or a link, and the quantity you need. We check the price and availability in Japan and reply within 2 business days (Japan time).
We do not keep stock. We buy the products after you order.
Can I request a small order?
Yes. You can start with one small shipment.
For low-priced or bulky items, shipping can be a large part of the total cost. We show this clearly in the quotation.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping is charged on the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight (length × width × height in cm ÷ 5,000).
The shipping price in a quotation is an estimate. The final price is confirmed when the shipment is booked, based on the actual boxes. The FedEx fuel surcharge changes every week, so each quotation shows the dates it applies to.
If a FedEx surcharge applies to a shipment (for example peak season, remote area, oversize or overweight, or special handling), it is charged at cost.
Which countries can you ship to?
Please tell us your country in your request. We check whether we can send your products there by FedEx, and confirm it in the quotation.
Some products cannot be shipped to some countries. The details for Vietnam are shown lower on this page.
Who handles import duties and taxes?
The buyer. Import duty, VAT, and any extra clearance fee in your country are not included in our prices.
The buyer is also responsible for import permits, product registrations, and other requirements in the destination country.
What does your product check include?
Before packing, we check the quantity and the visible condition of the products (for example, damage to the package) against your order.
We do not test how the products work, and the check is not a quality guarantee.
How do I pay?
Payment is in advance, before shipment. Quotations are in Japanese yen, and the payment details are confirmed with your quotation.
How long does delivery take?
Our standard service is FedEx International Economy, door to door. FedEx’s published guide for this service is usually 2 to 5 business days to major destinations.
The time to buy and pack the products in Japan comes before that, and customs clearance in your country can add time. We give an estimate with each quotation.
Are there products you do not handle?
Yes. We do not handle cosmetics, food and health supplements, medicines, hygiene products, detergents and other chemicals, toys, or used goods.
Dangerous goods, restricted items (for example aerosols, liquids, and batteries), and special cargo may be subject to separate terms and charges.
For buyers in Vietnam
Two ways to ship to Vietnam.
You can use either way, or both. We quote the way that fits each shipment.
Option A
Consolidated shipment
- How we send
- Several boxes are sent together as one shipment to one address (for example, your warehouse in Vietnam).
- Weight
- 21 kg or more in total.
- In Vietnam
- One import clearance and one delivery.
Option B
Individual parcels
- How we send
- Each box is sent as its own shipment, directly to each end customer in Vietnam.
- Weight
- Up to 20 kg per box.
- In Vietnam
- Each parcel is cleared and delivered separately. Import duty and VAT apply to each parcel.
The shipping price includes pick-up in Japan, normal export clearance, international transport, and delivery to the door in Vietnam. Import duty and VAT in Vietnam are paid by the buyer.
